My yoga journey

My personal practice often informs my teaching style and I am influenced by many styles including: Dynamic Vinyasa, Rocket (4-Beat, RocketBeats), Tantra, Anusara, Yin and Traditional Hatha. 

I am at home teaching to those who are new to yoga the foundational basics of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath), as much as I am guiding more advanced practitioners to explore their edge and find their own creative expression and freedom in the practice. 

 

No matter where you’re at with your yoga journey, I would be delighted to share my experience so you too can enjoy the many benefits of practice. Along with the traditional ‘8 Limbs of Yoga’, infused in my teaching style are the core values below:

 

  • Recognition of the sacredness of the heart 

  • Awareness of the divinity of all beings

  • Professionalism with a desire to continue learning from my teachers and students
